Kajabi – do you need it for your business?

A lot of internet marketers have my email address on their lists and as a result I receive tons of promotional emails from all of the major players in the market. Some of them I read, some I ignore and some I store for future reference.

If I don’t clear out my inbox on a regular basis it quickly becomes overwhelmed with all of the emails these guys send out.

The one good thing about this is that I do see when something is going to happen. And the current something is Kajabi.

It’s getting tons of hype at the moment because a lot of major league affiliate marketers such as Jeff Walker, Frank Kern, John Reese and Mike Filsaime are involved with the project (headed up by Andy Jenkins). Most, if not all of these guys have used the Kajabi system to launch their own products.

So, what exactly is Kajabi?

Kajabi is a system designed for internet marketers and bloggers who have a product to launch. It helps you create squeeze pages and control the sales funnel you want your prospects to follow. It has the ability to encode videos for mobile devices and gives you full control over a ton of impressive features. It looks great and after watching the 59 minute promotional video I would be seriously tempted to sign-up if I had a product to launch.

But is it for you? Kimberley from Just Ask Kim says it isn’t for her. The reason for that is her business is not in a position to utilize the undoubted value Kajabi offers. And I guess that’s the same for many, many people.

If you are in the process of putting together a product then it could be for you. If you would like to find out more you can do so here.

The service starts at $99 per month (with a one time set-up fee of $99).

What do you think of Kajabi? Have you watched the videos? Have you signed up?

    @Stephen
I have also been receiving pre-launch Kajabi hype emails. Personally i don’t need it and won’t be buying it.
There may be some people who will benefit and others who are going to waist money just to get the latest IM Tool.
It may turn out to be the greatest thing since sliced bread but i tend to avoid anything associated with the get-along-gang.
    Cheers

I have to admit that I do sometimes get caught up in the excitement of a launch, but this one hasn’t tickled my fancy at all. I watched the promotional video in full and it looks like an awesome system, but it’s just not for me at this time.

I’ve never actually used it before – but then again, i don’t have any new products to launch :(

  3. It’s actually my first time seeing Kajabi. $99 is not bad if you have many future products in mind to launch. Been thinking of making my own free ebook, perhaps this could be a good inclusion to see if how it works.

Been busy lately, and I think you are too :) Missed reading your stuffs here Stephen. How’s your SEO blog project doing by the way?

      Hi Jason,

Yes, I’ve been very busy for that past few weeks. I’ve been taking a step back, doing some research into new systems/tools and evaluating how I want my business to move forward. I now need to step back up to the plate and start working on the plans I’ve put into place. I’ll tell you more about them in future posts and I will email you later today re the guest post.

The other blog is coming along thanks, it’s up and running but I haven’t done much yet in the way of promotion.

I’ve seen this Kajabi promoted by the Australian ’30 Day Challenge’ people. It’s only for people with products to launch, and who can afford $99 a month – not me then. :-(

I don’t get the same amount of eMails as you Stephen. I’ve unsubscribed from everyone who lets me. Saves a lot of time during the day. ;-)

    • I’ve become tired of wasting time sorting through all the marketing emails I get. I too have unsubscribed from a lot of lists, especially those that belong to people I don’t recognise. For those that I haven’t unsubscribed from I’ve set up rules in Outlook so their emails get filed away in different folders. I can then refer to them at my leisure (which I find I’m doing less and less).
